Product Delivery Statement
Unless otherwise noted, VATech Systems does not send or make available, copies of
its software on CD-ROM. Instead, evaluation software is always available for download
from our web site. When a customer purchases a software license from VATech Systems,
they will receive an email with a license or registration code. When this license
code is copied into the downloaded software, the result is a fully licensed and
registered copy of the software. Customers should keep a copy of their license code
information. They may also make copies of the downloaded program onto CD-ROM, if
they wish.
VATech Systems makes its best effort to deliver the license code email within fifteen
minutes of a purchase. Due to ever present anomalies in Internet communications,
VATech Systems cannot guarantee delivery of the license code information within
any specific time period. If a user does not receive such an email in this time
frame, they should contact VATech Systems support and request assistance.
